The Female Empowerment Mentoring Program is based around a group of females ages 18-25, empowering preteen to teenage girls. FEMP, is about becoming the woman you're supposed to be and not allowing yourself to become a product of your environment.

Myself and a committee of females are playing a BIG sister role to these younger woman and showing them the correct way to dress, speak and act in different situations.
